Lovely, centrally located one bedroom and 2 bath condo offers an awesome Ocean Front view. This spacious vacation retreat is comfortable for up to four persons and located right in this small fishing town of Kailua-Kona. Walking distance to Farmers Market, ocean activities, shopping and dining. There also is an Internet Cafe on the ground floor and a free tennis and basketball court right next to Kona Alii.

RATES FOR KONA ALII # 303
OFF SEASON RATES:
January 1st 2008 to December 15th 2009 $129.00 per night
( minimum stay is 3 nights) (minimum stay is negotiable if between existing reservations)
WINTER RATES:
December 16th to April 10th 2010:$139.00 per night
weekly rates are 10% off the regular price, monthly rates are 15% off (minimum stay 4 nights) negotiable

Double or single occupancy. Additional charge of $10.00 for each extra person including children. Maximum four persons.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A reservation deposit of $300.00 minimum (depending on the length of your stay)is due with the reservation .The balance will be due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
We accept personal checks, money orders. bank transfers Visa, Master Card and Discover Card.
There is a 3 % booking fee with credit card payments on the remaining balance, but not on the initial deposit.

Cancellation must be received 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date in order to receive a full refund minus 75.00 cancellation fee.
Owner can not be held liable or responsible for any construction, repairs or issues arrising outside her condo # 303.
This would be beyond her control.
