January 1st 2008 to  December 15th 2009 $139.00 per night
( minimum stay is 4 nights) (minimum stay is negotiable if between existing reservations)

Double or single occupancy. Additional charge of $10.00 for each extra person including children. Maximum  four persons. No dicounts during ironman.

A cleaning fee of $ 98.00 (double occupancy )is added to each reservation plus a fully refundable security deposit of 200.00, which will be returned after inventory and damage check and within 5 days of check out.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A reservation deposit of $300.00 minimum (depending on the length of your stay)is due with the reservation .The balance will be due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
We accept personal checks, money orders. bank transfers Visa, Master Card and Discover Card.
There is a 3 % booking fee with credit card payments on the remaining balance, but not on the initial deposit.

Cancellation must be received 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date in order to receive a full refund minus 75.00 cancellation fee.

Owner can not be held liable or responsible for any construction, repairs or issues arrising outside her condo # 303.

This would be beyond her control.
