CANCELLATION POLICY: A reservation deposit of $300.00 minimum (depending on the length of your stay)is due with the reservation .The balance will be due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. We accept personal checks, money orders. bank transfers Visa, Master Card and Discover Card. There is a 3 % booking fee with credit card payments on the remaining balance, but not on the initial deposit. Cancellation must be received 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date in order to receive a full refund minus 75.00 cancellation fee. Owner can not be held liable or responsible for any construction, repairs or issues arrising outside her condo # 303. This would be beyond her control.
